@ossobuco,
I have no idea, but I love

"Pearl's a singer" ....

We all get sick Izzy. Actually it amazes me how many singers get ill, using their instrument so much, for so long..... Obviously isn't the best thing, which makes sense ....................................

@izzythepush,
This is from his Wikipedia page.

Prior to May 4th, 2010 Tim Smith suffered a combined heart attack and stroke, and is currently in the process of recovering. As such, all plans for the new Cardiacs album and other future work have been postponed indefinitely. However, a tribute album was released in December 2010 on the website of The Genepool.

@izzythepush,
It's always sad when you admire someone and this sort of things happen.

It's too early for see food, I mean seafood but the thought of Oysters (Kilpatrick) have made me hungry now.

Maybe I'll check out the menu again.

Speaking of oysters,

what movie was this from?

A pearl, a pearl, a pearl of a girl...

(I remember, just asking)

I would say "David and Lisa."

Maybe you oughta take up smokin', osso. Suppose to enhance memory. But as with most drugs, it's riddicolus expensive. Might try rollin' yer own and save a few ducats.

@Debacle,
I have a faint memory it was somewhat annoying, but not as much as Umbrellas of Cherbourg.

Nah on smoking, I'm long over all that.

Blimey!! Assertions breed.

Where's Joe? He's probably gone for a lie down in a darkened room having been used so gratuitously.

He was used.

I loved Umbrellas of Cherbourg, and the music in it. I saw it when it first came out--when movie theaters still had really big screens. Catherine Deneuve was so gorgeous, and she's still a good-looking woman.

I don't remember really liking David and Lisa. I think I might have found it annoying too.

Hey, osso, the NY Times recently had some recipes for spinach soups that might interest you. Here, take a gander

Natch. Most current medical research simply backs up old folk wisdom. My mother would use specific herbal teas to offset the symptoms of certain specific ailments. Today the highly paid M.D. will prescribe exactly the same stuff except that it now has a Latin name and is chemically concocted instead of being found in tthe wild.

I have read that nicotine inhibits brain function degeneration. There are few smokers on A2K.

How would they know? Smokers often die before their brains get a chance to degenerate.

Me too, I think. But can't quite remember it.

If we all can't remember it, but think it was annoying, what are the chances that it was both forgettable and annoying?
