Frequent cracking sounds

I have been experiencing with frequent cracking sounds in my fingers. Is it normal. Can it be Arthritis ?

Yeah its totally normal its the air in between the cartilage giving way, I wouldn't worry about it being Atheritus unless its more of a pain full cracking/grinding. Then I would advise going to see your doctor.

OK, but can this symptoms be the reason to develop Arthritis in future?

Some people say that frequent popping of the joints may cause joint problems later in life.
however Ive known people in the 80's that claim to have done it there whole life and never have acquired it.

But how one can get rid of it? Can't we go for some medications that would help in preventing from getting the pain in future. Please suggest me some ideas.
