relationship

well the thing is me and my ex boyfiend was in a relationship for 2 years and we never had sex(by the way im 16), we broke upabout three months ago but we still speak to each other. however i still think about him alot and want to get back with him, i dont know what to do, the reason why we broke up is unclear and i think its because he wanted to have sex with me and i changed my mind when half of my clothing was off so he got angry. the thing is he broke up with me after i left the country to live in england and before that we discussed everything and he didnt had a problem, in our relationship we always broke up a lot but would always get back together.So im wondering if i should ask him to get back together and have sex with him or if i should just forget about him and move on?
