WOW what a thing to come home to and then have to emotionally deal with, you can always rely on your nearest and dearest to make things a little more complicated.
You have already shown great strength in having not burst into the room, busting them both and generally going mad. Assuming that you still haven't confronted either of them again every time you see them or don't see them you will be thinking about it.

There is no real easy solution, you have to make a decision on your terms.
Confronting them individually, or leaving them to continue under your nose. In my opinion that will only drive you insane, every time you leave the house knowing where they are or if there ******* in your bed. To add insult to injury he seems to be giving it better to her than he does to you.

Seeing someone else having sex and coming hard is going to make you turned on, its the equivalent to real life porn. 86% of woman are turned on by visual and audible factors without even realising it. So this isn't an unusual occurrence.

If you still want to be with your husband I would recommend confronting him so he knows that it cant continue, unless your feeling that you want to explore the idea of open relationship. From my experience it does take a certain type of person to be able to successfully have one of these relationships.

Remain Calm.

If he has never made you orgasm or fucked you like that chances are he is a selfish lover. Or a really bad one. I always ensure my partner gets what they want.
