Prima facie, that seems like a good idea to do as ofen as possible
(tho admittedly, I know not what it means to judder).
If my uncle had not quarreled with my grandfather when he was 12 (in 1912),
and gotten thrown out of the house, I 'd have come horrifyingly close to becoming an Englishman.
He had been born in New York during a year long honeymoon and was hence an American by birthright.
He said that he boarded a ship (fortunately for me, not the Titanic) and returned to NY.
My mother n the rest of the family followed him 15 years later,
so I was born in NY n did not get screwn out of my natural rights by English laws.
Its good to live in relative freedom. I vote to make it progressively
FREER
by progressive reduction of the jurisdiction of government.
