He didn't admit the entire truth and/or own up to all the story...and all the lawsuits HE initiated due to his staunch and litigious denial of the truth...and the people whose reputations he ruined. He's still withholding info. He sucks! Oh, yes, then there was his being the key supplier to his teammmates with PEDs too.

Why is he coming out now after all the damage he's done? There's a buck to be made here, says the cynic in me.
