does he like me

Hiya, Went on a date with this guy . We spoke for hours and hours. He said this like i wasnt the average joe and that he like me because i was very confident. on the way to the busstop he ask me what i like to do for fun i said cinema he said he will take me next week. he gave me money to get a cab home at the bus stop we was hugging. He said hell call the next day and he did around 2pm I missed the call on purpose and called back at 7pm we spoke for a while laughing and joking he ask if he should call me back later and i said yh he didnt though and i text him yesterday saying happy birthday and he still hasnt called.. does he no longer like me ?
