I have been reading in an article regarding the prevention of Osteoarthritis. There are certain points if taken into consideration like maintaining an optimum body weight, avoiding the food items that contains fats, exercising daily, maintaining an erect body posture so that it doesn't put any kinda negative impact on your joints, if you experience any pain then immediately consult the doctor and get it treated ASAP.

I agree with this. I think one has to make sure that they eat right and that they need to do a lot of exercise to keep the weight off.
