He sounds like he's immature when it comes to making love. You are going to have to teach him how it should be. It's more than just about HIM and his dick. Most 23 year old men don't really know how to make love.

Get some books or soft porn videos to teach him how to seduce you and show you what kind of foreplay you want. Some videos on massage may help, too.

OR . . . he just may be a lazy **** and you need to move on, because this does not get any better as time goes by. You will know if he acts interested in improving your love life.

Another possibility is that he simply does not have much of a sex drive. It could be physical (he should have a good medical exam,) or psychological. If you plan to have a long term relationship with this guy, this issue needs to be addressed.
