An optional choice in the range of long-term care facilities, true. But I'd wager a grandma's panties stuffed with white powder that most club members have chosen something other. There's a strong anti-authoritarian strain in these chaps, at least outside of the circumstances of club membership, of course.

You'd want him and I think he's available now. To contact, avoid his agent (expensive). Just google "latino household staff who dig muscle-dudes" and you'll quickly get someone who knows someone who's impregnated by him.

The fun part of this project for you as producer will be in casting the nurses.
