i found out that this shy girl likes me alot. i got her number and i also try to talk to her in school but she doesn't talk much. when i text her she talks alot and we know alot about eachother now but she is still quiet around me in school. even if we do talk in school i look her in the eyes when i talk and she looks at me and then looks away quickly. a few days later she texts me and says, "i think your my new best friend:)" is this good or bad? i dont know if she just wants to be my friend.. pease help!

Be her friend. What's so challenging about that?
Just don't move too fast. Start out with being friends. Sometimes girls jump into telling people that they are "going" with someone and it gets messy.
Tell her you will be a friend and begin there. Make sure she knows you are moving slowly in the relationship.
