becoming a calmer person

I'm already calm but I wanna get to the point were I can fully focus on things even when I should be overwhelmed with being nervous or scared. like sometimes after a long time things get to me and I get mad. I wanna be able to stat calm past even That. like one time I got into it with my brother. I keep cool but eventually lost my temper. if anyone has a good way to stay calm tell me. my techniques are good but not good like most wise men I know. I wanna see if its possible.

Also you might try asking yourself, "Is this important enough to stir anger"

Doesn't anyone else anywhere ever use his mouse whilst composing or editing

Edited to remark: Oh, Nell, try two each caps of Ginko, St John's wort, kava kava, and 5-HTP. Doesn't elevate you to a high but to a sort of neutral plane

Do look into potential side effects however. Some advise against the last two

Sedatives, personally I've tried Promethazine. It work's like a charm
