Another Find my Father

I am currently looking for my Biological Father and I know his Name, possible date of birth, Age, Possible height, His previous job and where he may currently be working (Marines, if that helps), as well as certain physical characteristics. I do not know his social security and he is not on my birth record, (my mother did not want it). Is there any way to find him with this type of informtion....I have tried Zabasearch.com as well as other websites. My mother will help me find him but she will not spend money to find him for fear of his reactions....Is there something for me to use???
