Hi...so prior to getting a car, I had to wait for my ride to pick me up at the Wendys right next to my job...so i would always wait there and one day this guy who worked there initiated eye contact..and I'm sure it was eye contact, he was staring at me a lot...and then I realized oh he`s cute and i started looking at him too...i understand we both like each other, but i need advice on how to get him to talk to me or to talk with him...so it is more then just eye contact and it is his workplace too...his coworkers, boss etc...i have been dreaming about the day He'll talk to me and you know when things in life are going good...work, school, etc.you have that confidence of things just going well and so i am more motivated to show him that i do want to get to know him...i don't know..what do you guys think I should do? I really think its my time for things to be going well and i deserve to be happy...anyways, what's your guys' advice??

If I understand you correctly, this guy works at Wendy's. If he is behind the cash register then get on the line he's manning. If he handles the drive through - drive through!

Why don't you just walk up to him and say hello. That seems to work for most people.

You understand no such thing since you have not even talked to him. Just because two people make eye contact does not mean they like each other. Maybe he thinks you are weird looking, so he keeps staring. Could be lots of reasons for why he keeps looking at you. But you'll never know unless you go talk to him.
