My 15 month old is being kept by her father. He has had her for 3 days now and wont answer my calls or text messages and I dont know where she is or how she is. The police say he has as much right to her as I do so I cant do anything. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can see my baby again?

No. We have had 2 mediations and parenting plan but he cannot stick to them.

Curious who is involved in the mediations? Can they help out?
