Really liked him in my younger days but he wasn't exactly mainstream. He was a tragic sort who met an early end in 1995 at age 47 (booze) after a failed liver transplant.

A stellar Irish guitarist who had studied his craft well and influenced a lot of major guitarists such as Brian May of Queen.. He was huge to a smaller circle on both sides of the pond from the '70s to late '80s ... for blues fanatics and hard rockers. His following was rabid.

where the h*ll can't you? Rates are so low right now if you can't get a low interest loan, there is probably a good reason why banks won't lend to you.
