Is the sentence "We can see the Wilson family" correct or I have to use "We can see the Wilson`s family". And what about "the"? Thanks!

Yes. It's a valid sentence.

No. The 'the' makes the sentence awkward and it's unnecessary. "We can see Wilson`s family" would be fine if Wilson was an individual that you are referring to.

Also you can say, "We can see the Wilsons"

We can see the Wilson family
We can see the Wilson`s family
Which of these phrases is most correct?

We can see the Wilson`s family
Like I said. You can't use that if you're talking about the entire family. As for the other answers? There both equal. We can see the Wilson family is more formal then the casual We can see the Wilsons.
