Hi everyone,

I only know that an antibody which also known as an immunoglobulin, is a large Y-shaped protein produced by B-cells that, used by the immune system to identify and neutralize foreign objects such as bacteria and viruses. The antibody recognizes a unique part of the foreign target, called an antigen. Antigen and antibody interaction is part of the activities of the body that protect it from infectious disease. I hope more explanation on antibodies & antigens. Anyone having more idea on it, please discuss with me.

Thanks a lot!
