I keep having random orgasms in my sleep. I'm not complaining, but I can't figure out why it's happening. They always seem to happen in non-erotic dreams. I've noticed that if in my dream, I'm about to be late for something, or miss something, or in a hurry for something, I almost always start having one.
Why is this happening? Has this ever happened to anyone else?
