hello, i seem to be unable to find enough information of antonino zichichi and his proposal of launching ozone filled missiles to the ozone cape so they could repair the ozone hole, my questions are:
1- is this proposal possible?
2- could you tell me where to find more information?

yes i googled everything about this subject, but still seem to be unable to find information, i've got an email where someone said that this is not possible because i would require the amount of energy used by every person.. i still want to know more specifics.
