Hi can some one please translate 'if the wind will not serve, take to the oars' into Latin for me, I would appreciate it a lot. Thanks.

Destitutus ventis, remos adhibe.

That's the translation I've seen all over the 'Net listed as a Latin proverb.
I tried, but could not find the source.
