As far as i know, bias is also an adjective in most dictionaries. So is the term 'a bias person' right? The more commonly used form I've noticed is 'a biased person'.

"Bias" is only an adjective when it relates to cutting cloth AFAIK.

sarius: I found the exact opposite definitions in the dictionaries I looked at. (The Oxford English Dictionary and the Canadian English Dictionary)

Craven de Kere's opinion is right. You cannot refer a person to be bias.

A person can have a bias, or show a bias, and express a bias. That person is said to be biased.
