Edgar neglected to choose a winner in the St Louis @ Arizona game. And I need a score in the tiebreaker from McGentrix.
Other than those little issues, I am done!
Please pass the nuts.

Since I'm the only Zona fan with the guts to go on record as being a Zona fan, I suppose you mean me. I honestly have no recollection of what I might have said to question Coin Toss' integrity.

Have you any idea Tico of how many witnesses said something like that in the course of the Leveson Enquiry into corruption in Media. Even our Prime Minister was unable to recall how often he met with the lady in the case. Which was a trifle ungallant imo.

I have an odd memory. I can forget thousands of things but I can always remember the key revelations. I can read a book and years later remember the sentence, or phrase, which struck me significantly. In one book it occurred on the middle page in the middle of the middle line. Which I thought to be quite stylish. Kingsley Amis. Stanley and the Women. Which should be required reading in Military Colleges.

I will forbear posting any examples because of the delicate sensibilities of our resident serial down-thumbers who are obviously unable to deal with not being chucked under the chin every five minutes and a spoonful of syrup ladled into their gaping gobs.

Surely there is not enough time between the ads for such a score.

We'll see how 'friendly' it is when we stumble upon week 17. I also contend that many people in this 'friendly' game are already taking advantage by using the methods I mentioned earlier.

Really? "Many People?"
Who, pray tell?

@spendius,

it could happen...

Anyway, with regard to JPL's suggestion, I see no need for any rule change involving the posting of picks. Over the years that I've run this game I have seen the typical posting patterns of the various players. I have not seen any evidence of an intent to abuse the timing.
As for the idea of a player making selections in games based on gaining in the standings rather than who he/she thinks will win, I say go for it.

Last week at this time I reported that we as a group agreed on 78% of our picks.
This week, there is a more division with only a 64% consensus overall. We are divided 10-10 on this afternoon's Washington @ Dallas game. We split 11-9 for Minnesota vs Chicago. We come down 12-8 in favor of Pittsburgh over Cleveland and we choose Carolina against Philadelphia by the same margin.
