@realjohnboy,
I'm second guessing my choice of Pittsburgh, but I'll stay with it.

Cow Doc said he/they'd get the rest of the choices by Sunday morning.

I'll leave you with a link to a couple of Willa's Cow paintings that I showed once before -

@realjohnboy,
We should be able to get our picks in tonight, since we made it home before dark. Finished 468 head in just under six hours - got the livin' hell beat out of me, but got 'em done. Cows were essentially crazy, and the chute wouldn't squeeze them. One of the first fifty planted her hock (I think it was her hock - came up too fast to see) squarely into my beak - didn't feel good at all - and the next 400 pretty much made my arm and shoulder sore as hell. At least I don't have any more of that until the 250 head Tuesday morning. Gives me some time to heal, at least.

@Rockhead,
I wouldn't call it "fisted" - more on the order of "shouldered".

It provides some light entertainment whilst waiting for the games Tico.

Tell us about your uxoriousness. I'm sure our ladies will be fascinated with your submission to the discipline.

Are you ready for some football? There are 8 early games and only 2 late ones ahead of the 2 night games.
We are split 10-10 on the Pittsburgh @ Cincinnati match-up. As a group we agree are 75% of our choices in the other games. Ragman and JPLosman got the SF game right and agree with the majority on the remaining 11 games. Rhys, Wandljw and Johnboy stray on just one. Mysteryman agrees with the majority on the rest of the games but is 0-1 after picking Seattle.
Jespah and George are out of step on 7 - I say 7 - games.

I am a bit ticked that the Texans have allowed the Ravens three points .

@edgarblythe,
So are they! Not to diminish in any way the Texans success so far but Ravens have too many key injuries. Also, Flacco's clearly not performing well.

Mercy, it's now 29-3!

@realjohnboy,
who's losing?

(I think I gave up on all New York teams a coupla weeks ago, so it'd have been the Redskins if I'd been paying att'n)

Cowdoc has made it through 9 games unscathed. Ragman and JPLosman have gotten taken down only by Buffalo.

Changing my pick from the Bengals to the Steelers in tonights game.

Once again, I'd like the Steelers INSTEAD of my original pick of the Bengals.

@JPLosman0711,
I'm afraid I can't accept your late change. JPL. Perhaps you had a last minute conversion to the Steelers. That's swell.
But I could foresee a situation arising where players change picks at the last minute based on where they are in the standings.
You are stuck with Cincy, as am I.
