is it too late? what can i do?

well, there's this guy i have a massive crush on. he's so different from the typical guy with everything he does. a problem i have had for a while now with him is i can't look him in the eyes and smile. i get this feeling in me that makes me clam-up and become too serious. he always looks at me though. i now believe that he thought i wasn't into him or i was too uapproachable. i just at the timethought if he liked me he'd come and ask me out anyway. he didn't; so i decided to make him jealous by letting him see me hanging around a male friend of mine. i was hoping he'd get the picture that he needs to make a move before it's too late, now he's ignoing me. he won't look at me at all anymore. what ca i do that get things back to the way they were before?
