An Oklahoma high school valedictorian was reportedly denied her diploma after using an offensive word in her graduation address.
Kaitlin Nootbaar, a 2012 graduate of Prague High School, used the word "hell" instead of "heck" during her commencement speech, prompting school officials to later withhold her diploma until she issued an apology, Fox4KC.com reported.

@JTT,
Ha!

Having spent a good portion of my youth in Oklahoma I'm guessing she wasn't talking about casting people into the fiery furnace of hell, because people would have applauded that. Maybe they would have made her Governor or something.....

I've been giving some thought to the Constitution lately, especially the preamble part about "promote the general welfare" and how that relates to the part about "a well regulated militia"..... "well regulated" being the operative words giving me trouble.

Anyway....

I'm beginning to think the Constitution is something to politicians to laugh at and pat each other on the back over at dinner parties over.

"Well regulated" was a term used to describe a militia that has trained to a sufficient degree that they can fight as a single coordinated unit as opposed to fighting as a bunch of uncoordinated individuals.
