I am currently expecting and we are no longer together. He has a new girlfriend and the drama has begun already! I would like for a judge to order him to pay child support but limit visitation in his household to supervised only or none at all due to the extent of the harassment I am receiving currently from the new woman as long as she is present. Can it be seen as a safety concern for the well being of the child in the household with the woman due to her hate towards me and the child now before the birth. I hope that was understandable, I see this as a developing problem only to get worse.

@blessed81,
Might be difficult to prove her scorn for you to a judge.

@nqyringmind,
Unless I keep the police reports shouldn't that be enough proof?

WHY do you even want to subject your child to that kind of enviroment or influence??? He prefers to be with that woman. Accept it and move on.

RUN from these two nutcases!! Deal with him through the courts only. They will tell him what to pay.

@blessed81,
If the judge is fair, the ruling will align with the severity of the instances of harassment outlined in the police reports.
Build your case and be able to back up what you say with documentation, witnesses...etc
Please, please, please resolve to keep the adult drama and whatever temptations you might feel toward the father and his new girlfriend, away from the child.

@PUNKEY,
Thank you Punkey, believe me I've accepted and am carrying on with life however I think she hasn't accepted it and that's where the harassment comes. As adults you try to be fair and come to an agreement for the child but I have no problem going straight through the courts for EVERYTHING. I hate to be brought out of character especially in terms of my children being involved. Sad situation but I thank you for your response

@nqyringmind,
I know proof is very important and they will look for my reaction as well, so I will start to build my case now.... Before my child is hurt anymore than what is already obvious I'll ask for right to be signed over, parenting classes and all because it just isn't fair for the child. I don't do drama its disgusting and moral less
