i have a gf since i was 2nd year student . i have completed my graduation . i am intending to go to abroad for higher study. at this moment , should i marry her or i will marry after M Sc

If you're going to be apart for a long period, then you should maybe wait till you return and then see if you still feel the same.

Have you talked to her about this? Are you expecting her to wait for you to return?

If you marry her, then you will take her with you to study abroad. Being married sometimes helps medical students be more stable.
