Pregnant Gold Fish

Hi, I have a Goldfish and she is about 20mths old and i believe she is pregnant, but i only have the one Goldfish mixed in with Zebra, and White cloud fish. So will she pass out the fry her self or will i need to do this my self ? i am also assuming that the eggs wont fertilize due to no male being present, could some one please confirm these questions for me as i havent had Goldfish before.
