So, Bear. I saw on an unnamed social network that you have been experiencing success with a new regimen - and one thing that stuck out to me was exercising before breakfast. I always believed that first thing in the morning was optimal, but that pesky breakfast issue always complicated that time for me. (Jesus Christ, I wake up starving) And I thought (why, I don't know) that it wasn't good to exert on an empty stomach. Could you tell me if you divined this schedule yourself, based on some research - or if you were advised of this method. Thanks. I'll probably be back to annoy the hell out of you about this. I'm currently putting together a schedule for myself - and I'm interested in what you're doing.
