Do you think Astrology is a valid subject ?
@jimmy555,
For a hobby or a causal interest - yes. But as a serious subject on which to rely in any way or from which to plan you life - no way. It's foolishness.
What about you?
@Ragman,
I think with time and more research on it , it may become a subject in coming times , may be another 100 years .
@jimmy555,
No astronomy is a superstician--Although astrology did provide accurate sky charts that became useful for the developement of astronomy.
Rap
@jimmy555,
That seems absurd to any sort of logic. What difference will 100 yrs in the future make? It's been around for thousands of years. There is not going to be any more info revealed to substantiate it.
So in answer to your question: there's nothing of any validity to it.
@Ragman,
I am of view Astrology is there for 100o of years n will have something which need to be fine tuned , may be time better equipment humans can do it .
At this moment of time i sail with you .
@jimmy555,

No. It's total bullshit, pure and simple.
It's time for the bulk of humanity to get its head out of the stone age.

Yes, I believe astrology is a valid subject --- of ridicule. Oh, sorry, I meant
object of ridicule.
Yes, yes, astrology is good subject. . . for me to poop on!
So. (heh)
I said to this massage therapist once, a long time ago, that there was a easy to prove Astrology could be accurately predictive.
(He was a MAJOR believer and practitioner of the craft, making my Star Chart** for me as a birthday gift.)
I had a back injury so there were many sessions for us to hash out the details.
Here's what I suggested: Do Start Charts for as many days, dates and times of birth as you wanted for Males born in the 1947.
Pore over those charts and determine which of those individuals would be the mostly likely to have a very bad period of luck or opportunity in the years 1969, 1970 and 1971.
Select out those individuals and predict which of those males would be drafted in any of those years or, if they were under deferment, would have been drafted.
Wouldn't it be interesting to see if Astorlogy could predict what birthdates would be selected?
My therapist declined....erm, too busy.... He did fix my back and introduced me to the Feldenkrais Theory of Movement.
Joe(and now, slowly take your right arm......)Nation
** My Star Chart had not predicted any period of physical lows which is how we got started talking.
@InfraBlue,
ah yea. Triumph the wonder dog.
