US law and the US constitution say something completely different from this joker.

The constitution only requires natural born. It states nothing about being born on US soil. In fact, it states further that the candidate only needed to have resided in the US for 14 years in their lifetime.
US law defines who is a US citizen at birth. Only an idiot would argue that someone that is a US citizen at birth isn't a natural born citizen. Because his mother was a US citizen, Obama was a US citizen at birth. It makes no difference where he was born.
