a person can put on hickies to make them go away faster?

Raw steak apparently works for bruises, you could try that all though the ewwww factor would be too much for me. Bruises take a while to heal.
Heavy makeup or high necked collars are probably your best option.

You could try Vaseline mixed with evening primrose oil; it gets them away rather quickly..

Well immature people do I guess. I think they're getting rather annoying, especially for people in there late 20's. Like what's the point?

Maybe he's a defanged vampire. I would use meat tenderizer. Not only does it get rid of the hickey, but it leaves your skin tasting very good.

There's a product called arnica cream, which is an herbal remedy for bruises. It sort of dissolves them from the outside. You'll probably have to go to a health food store or some such place to find it.
