Do you guys eat breakfast? I do sometimes. It really depends when I wake up. If I wake up earlier than 9, I will eat breakfast, but sometimes I wake up at 09:30 or 10 so I just wait for lunch or eat lunch a little early. It is actually recommended if you are trying to lose weight. It keeps you from eating too much at lunch.

Breakfast actually IS the most important meal of the day and WHAT you eat will set the tone for what you eat the rest of the day. For instance, if you're trying to lose weight, be sure and eat some Hydroxycut with your oatmeal or if you prefer, dissolve a little crystal meth in your coffee. Then you can head straight to the gym and get some massive amounts of cardio and some great pumps in..... if you don't stroke out of course, but then breakfast will be a moot subject.

Well, eating a lot of bread, which isn't fattening (!!) could make you sleepy.

Several of us are being sardonic re an ignorant opinion. Not to be mean, but really, some new person may come along and actually believe micalhassi, who oddly reminds me of another poster I don't remember the screen name of, another sleep your weight off person.
