I have three brides in waiting:
Haagen Daaz ice cream, a passion filled marriage made in love and respect;
Ben and Jerry's ice cream, a marriage supported by a wealthy family. Our family will be supported financially forever with a lavious lifestyle;
Starbucks ice cream, little bit of passion and a decent family fortune....

So? What say you? Which pint of ice cream should I marry since gay marriage is legal in the state of New York?

I'm writing to Gov. Andrew Cuoumo to see if they can legalize polygamy so I can marry a three scoop banana split Sunday. Marry all three ice creams!

Now that gay marriage is possible in New York, why don't you marry Ben or Jerry? That would be a marriage for both love (of ice cream) and money.

Mr. Cuomo hasn't legalized polygamy quite yet. Other than that, sure! Why settle for Ben or Jerry if you can have them both?

Used to be you could get a small batch maker in the Star Market (I forget the brand name) who made - no lie - Guinness ice cream. It had little salt-free pretzels in it.

Find that and -- shniff -- marry it.
