Bill seems to be a literally pathological case. He uses infinitves where past participles are wanted, and past participles where infinitives are wanted. He uses adjectives rather than nouns, and nouns rather than adjectives. One member has suggested that maybe he's had a stroke. I've never heard of a stroke leading to that particular pathology, but i'm no expert, so who knows?
