My ex just told me this, and I don't know what to say back to her. you know i still love you right? i just want you to be happy even if you aren't with me. The thing is she knows I'm with someone else and that I'm going to get married. We've been broken up for a year. I don't want her back or anything.

Sounds to me like she's being mature and accepting that you have moved on and she's just wishing you well.
Loves residue takes longer to wear off for some. She may always love you.
How about saying "Thank you"
Yup - she is letting you go, with love.
She will be a great ex-wife, if you let her.
