Disney is a content giant, with its movie studios as well as ABC Television and ESPN. A few years ago, Wall Street leaned toward the view that content would be king in the new media world, and Disney was a very hot stock.
In this case content equates to entertainment simply because Disney is classified as an entertainment provider.
But content could be more than that. Just to use A2K as an example - the A2K site and software that drive it aren't content. All of the information, ads, etc that get added to A2K are.
