Did the victim ever explain the reason that she re-contacted him ?

David by the time she had move back my folks was no longer living there so I did. not get the details but boy did it piss me as a lot of people went way out of their ways to get her away from this so call man and out of harm way.

In any case, ongoing domestic violence take both parties involvement to maintain and is never as simple as just a sick SOB male.

Now we are going down the road of trying to protected women from their own bad judgments in having courts ordering no contact orders against the wishes of both the man and the woman in many cases.

In effect a de-facto divorce against the wishes of both parties.

A "solution" that seems as bad or worst then the problem it is trying to address.

I wish that there was a simple solution to the domestic violence problem but I do not see it.

I 'm not happy to say it,
but her behavior was kind of paradigmatic;
chicks can be LIKE that: recalcitrant.

It is not without a reason that thay r likened unto cats.

I wonder what OTHER chicks think of that kind of conduct.
Did your wife comment on what the refugee did ?

If I started mistreating my cats I had a feeling that they would go out the door and not return sooner or later.

LOL I remember once forgetting that I had a cat outside and when I did remember many many hours later and open the door as he march in my normally nonvocal cat looking at me curse me out loudly on his way to the food bowl.

Mine got mad, when we took in a kitten.
He expressed his indignation by absenting himself,
never to be seen again. (He also expressed it facially n thru his body language.)
He resigned his position.

Joe, when I saw the story about these images of Trayvon Martin selling out as targets, it reminded me that I can still be suprised at the depths people can sink to. Even at my not-a-spring-chicken age, and everything I've seen, this really made me sad and mad.

Yes we have Trayvom mother and others getting $$$$$ off tee shirts and coffee cups and now these assholes selling Trayvon targets and of course good old Al Sharpton promoting himself and the media getting higher ratings selling the fantasy of a good old white racist out of the 1910s era just shooting down a innocent black teenager even editing the 911 tape to back up this fantasy.

Lot of people riding this kid death..........for their own benefits.

The sad part is that others then friends and families no one care about the thousands of black teenagers that are kill every year in this country as long as both the victims and the shooters had the same skin color.

has the seller claiming to have sold out in two days before clamming up when he found out he was talking to a reporter.

Some gun shops apparently bought some.
Some other gun owners said they were disgusted by it.

Given that Trayvon's mother had trademark his name those people own her $$$$$ for using his name plus fines/penalties for violating her trademark.

David had you taken note of the posters here that love to throw the word racist around that they on the whole seems to have almost zero concerns about the real problems facing the black community such as the little tiny fact that it is not white racists or the police who are causing the leading cause of death among young black men to be murder?

Or that we have such a legal system that we have more black men in prison now then was slaves in the year 1850 and so on.

An JTT seems to be of the opinion that Zimmerman should had allowed himself to be either murder or placed into intensive care to prove he is not a racist as only a racist would defend his life from an attack by a black manif he is not black himself.

Then we would have another black teenager to lock up for the rest of his life
so instead of a million black men we would have a million and one black men behind bars.

Oh and almost no one would had hear of the case if that had been the outcome.
