Yes he is a little better at no placing himself at risk of being sue but the Duke case was a repeat of the 1987 case for the most part.

What is sad is if the Jackson and the Sharpton care about anyone but themselves they had a platform to do a lot of good.

There need to be attacks on the black gang problem, the culture that result in very few black men are forming stable relationships with the mothers of their children and the idea of manhood is how many women you can play.

The fact that now the leading cause of death repeat the leading cause of death of young black males is other young black males.

In all other groups it is accidents not murder that is the leading cause of death for young people.

The laws need to be change so billions are not flowing into black drug dealing gangs and that we are warehouse a large percent of the total black male populations in prisons and.................

Leading rallies to start to address those problems would be a little more helpful then trying the stir the racial hate pot at every chance they get.

When anyone shoots somebody dead, it's a legal issue that needs to be investigated, and concluded in a court of law.

One thing I learned in my L.A. days is that there isn't necessarily some sort of blanket Latino solidarity. The Guatemalans complained about the Mexicans and the Mexicans complained about the El Salvadoreans and the light-skinned, "Spanish" Mexicans complained about the dark-skinned Mexicans and on and on. (Zimmerman's mom is Peruvian.)
