Yes; it does... The corsair and the zero had similar motors, and the zero was very vunerable to gasoline explosions and fuel tank leaks, and the tank was not in the wings.. It is an incredibly dummmm painting...

There is a difference, obvious to most, between art and fart... Do you have a velvet painting of a spanish dancer on your wall, or dogs playing poker??? Some people do, and I would not expect much from them intellectually...

I like ship paintings with the sails billowing forward, as the should, and the flag proudly streaming rearward, as it should. Everything in place and behaving exactly as it should.

Just saw this thread.
The Corsair in that painting is what, 50-75 feet above the water? A hundred, tops? And diving at a 40-45 degree angle?
