@chai2,
Not that bad overall.

But sozlet was doing homework on some flashcard-generating site and it made her sign up and turns out she has to be 13 (they don't say anything before that) and all of her hard work (and it was a lot) went POOF.

She's not happy at all.

Gave me flashbacks to when you had to frantically save stuff all the time on computers or POOF. Doesn't happen much anymore.

I blame the Ides of March.

No one stabbed me in the back; nor in the front.

@chai2,
Well my fortune cookie just told me that all my rough times are behind me.

So I have had some goods news on a few items - but nothing is solidified 100% yet and being worried of the ides of March (whatever the heck they are) I will not mention these items until I get more confirmation.

So hopefully the ides of March will be nice to me and the fortune cookie is correct.

@Linkat,
The Ides of March are gone, so the coast is clear.

Hope the cookie's correct!

Well, I got stabbed in the back, but it didn't hurt me.

(I'm tougher than I look.)

Otherwise, it was a wonderful day! Today's gonna be another one!

This might set a bad example but you know she could have lied about her age by changing the year section in the registration by a couple of digits.

@Eva,
Poor baby! Who did it to you? I'll fix 'em!

I had a fabulous day working at home. Got 16 leads for one of my financial planners today, and 14 for another one yesterday. I work better from home and find if I make these calls after hump day, I get better results. Yay. And my husband is home tonight!

@Mame,
Ha ha! Some days I do wish I had you around here on a leash, and could turn you loose on a few people!!!

Fortunately, today isn't one of those days. Cool

FOR SURE, when I was that age, I 'd have done that without thinking 1ce about it.
My reasoning woud have been that my age was none of their damned business.

@Eva,
Miss you, Eva...

but I gotta say, I don't think I need to be on a leash Smile and really, with my height, how bad could I be?

I also miss Francis.

Hey, did I say I was going to BA, MVD, and Rio in April and Cuba in June? Fun, fun, fun!!

I miss Francis, too.

Wow, sounds like a couple of great trips! South America next month (what's MVD?) and then Cuba! I would love that. Be sure to bring back lots of photos & stories. I'll be waiting to hear.
