Forteo and Spinal Stenosis

I have severe spinal stenosis with one surgery already behind me for decompression of L4-L5 and sympathetic nerve dystrophy. With the spinal stenosis, is there a danger of causing more stenosis by taking the Forteo. I already have a spinal fracture. Not even my physician could answer this one.

@Renee H Sanders,
The most recent research suggests that that it is unlikely that teriparatide treatment will worsen spinal stenosis. It is most likely going to help (or at least thats how I interpret the evidence).

Here is a link to the study, if you would like to read it. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2903699/
