Supreme Court Dred scott case

when supreme court Justices decide a case, they write their opinions down to explain why they ruled the way they did. Explain why you would have been in the majority (who ruled against Dred scott) or in the minority (who ruled in favor of dred scott). Explanation must rely on the legal facts of the case.
