Looks like pretty standard US English; kind of what you'd expect from someone called Robert W Lee.

But he spelt FDA as Food and Drag Administration. Such mistake about common sense seems unbearable.

I'm not going to try to read something spread over two screens, but that's clearly a typographical error, not a grammatical error nor a problem with common sense.

Well, I can certainly see why you enlarged it for us.

Still, it did look like a native speaker, and while I can't certify it as perfectly grammatical, nothing jumped out at me. The word "drag" remains as a typographical error. Bad proofreading, but of course it passed the spell checker.
