I sometimes go look at the first 100 or so posts - a lot of them consist of roger and me looking for each other on the beta version of the site. Makes me laugh each time I look at them.

Thanks hawkeye-with this link I was able to access my old self and found out I first posted Wed Oct 16th 2002. Wholly hello. I took a break for a few years to give someone else space here..but looked there too and I guess that didnt work...that was a waist. Now I'm back just peeking around. It's really nice to come back to someplace where you know people.
I still have to say that I have no idea where I am, who you people are, or how I got here in the first place ;-)

Also - sometimes #of views could be a result of an interesting title - whereas once you begin reading it - it stinks (not saying that is the case of beautiful animals) - so thus a large number of views but few postings.

I'm a little self-conscious about reading my old posts. I'm afraid I'll sound as demented as a tea-partier. But much to my relief, when I went back and did read some 2003 stuff, I only sounded demented.
