From a text about foreign exchange markets

"Forward quotes are different and typically quoted in terms of points."

How would you translate "points" here and then further down "digits?"
"A point is the last digit of a quotation, with convention dictating the number of digits to the right of the decimal."

A 5 digit quotation: EUR/USD rate is 1.5703. A 1 point increase would make it 1.5704. If it decreased by 1 point it would be 1.5702.

The point is the final digit. There are 10 digits. They are: 12345678790

It's about the STOCK MARKET and how they measure the ups and downs in the market - by points.

They are numercial, so you are talking about digits.
