Like most most lawyers, I cite to respected authority
(e.g., statutory authority or judicial authority)
in support of my assertions, unless I am simply
expressing my own subjective opinions, in my exercise of free speech.

I openly admit, that anyone can make mistakes, including myself,
and accordingly, I may very well be either ignorant, or in error,
as to matters of historical fact, unless I explicitly declare to the contrary,
upon the basis of my research.
