I am looking for Shay from Israel

I met Shay from Israel in Hong Kong on 4 Nov. We started our conversation in the MTR and he left me with his contact address in Hong Kong. I was not free on that day, so I went to find him on 6 Nov but with no luck, he has gone in the morning.
