"I had a radio in my car so in an emergency I could be reached, but the whole world would be reached with me. "
By saying "the whole world would be reached with me", does it means that I can stay in contact with the whole world?

@jeremykong,
No. It means that radio broadcasts are public. What you hear, all might hear.
